Q: Where do we see the charms and chains available? 

A: Click the three lines on our website, then select "Charm and Chain options" they will be numbered. make sure to note what numbers are your favorites.  

 

Q: How can I choose my charms?

A: You can choose your charms when purchasing your custom jewelry. When you select what item you want to customize BEFORE ADDING TO YPUR CART, there is a text box under the add to cart/checkout buttons. You will type what charms you would like by their assigned number in order from LEFT to RIGHT. This is how they will be placed on your Necklace, Bracelet, or Keychain. Please also specify if you want them spaced close together or further apart. 


Q: Do they tarnish?

A: Gold plating is sensitive to water, so remove your gold-plated jewelry when you're showering or even washing your hands! Sweat can also affect the quality of the material. With proper care, they can last you a few years. 

 

 

Q: How often are you live?

A: We currently do not have a set live schedule as we are booked and busy with markets, keep an eye out on our socials for a live schedule. (If there is one for that week)

 


Q: What is your return policy? 
A: ANY custom items such as Charm necklaces, bracelets, keychains, and wristlets are all FINAL SALE- NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

 

Q: What happens if my package arrives and a charm is damaged?

A: Send us an email or fill out the contact form on our website- the damaged item may be eligible to be replaced.
