Q: Do they tarnish?

A: Gold plating is sensitive to water, so remove your gold-plated jewelry when you're showering or even washing your hands! Sweat can also affect the quality of the material. With proper care, they can last you a few years. 

Q: Where do we see the charms available? 

A: Most of the charms we have available are posted on our instagram highlights labeled “Charms”. We also have lots of inspiration posted on TikTok. 

Q: How can I choose my charms?

A: You can choose your charms after you have purchased your custom jewelry. You can customize your jewelry on TikTok live or over messages. 

Q: How do I secure a live spot on TikTok? 

A: Message me on Instagram or TikTok to secure a spot. Or if we are live, comment your order number and say you would like to be added to the list! 

Q: How often are you live? 
A: We are live 5-6 days a week. Monday-Thursday and Saturday. These are not set days and no set times. 

Q: What is your return policy? 
A: ANY custom items such as Charm necklaces, bracelets, keychains, and wristlets are all Final Sale.

Q: Are the cups dishwasher safe?

A: No, none of the cups we offer are dishwasher safe, Hand wash only is strongly recommended. 

Q: Are the cups and decals sold separately?

A: Yes! All cups and decals are sold separately! The decal will be put on the cup before shipping!

A: All of our decals are listed on our website under "Decals".
